Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from Ashvio. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to add items to your cart, save a wishlist or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes and duties. The price and availability shown to you at checkout is what applies to your order; Ashvio does not change the price of an order after it has been placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock or a price was displayed incorrectly, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Payment methods

We currently accept UPI (processed by Cashfree) and Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery may not be offered on every order or in every location.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself from your account for as long as it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through the site; see our Returns & Refund Policy for what to do instead.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to interfere with its normal operation, no submitting false or abusive content (such as a fraudulent review), and no using the site for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

Ashvio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
