Cancelling before shipment

You can cancel an order yourself from your order history at any time before it ships, at no cost. If the order was paid online, the payment is refunded to the original payment method. If it was Cash on Delivery, there is nothing to refund since no payment was collected.

After an order has shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through the site. If there is a problem with what you received, such as a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work through it with you directly.

Refunds

An approved refund for an online (UPI) payment is issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Cashfree. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or UPI app and is outside our control; we are not able to speed it up once it has been issued from our side.
